JACQUELINE JONES Jacqui has a degree in Social Welfare (Child & Adolescent Welfare) and over 15 years’ experience of working directly with young people and their families.
In more recent years, Jacqui has been working in the education industry. She has delivered numerous mindfulness sessions in both the private and public sectors. Jacqui is a trained meditation teacher and has been teaching meditation in schools for the past 5 years.
Jacqui is also the creator of a wellbeing and self-leadership program called Greatfulness (http://greatfulness.com.au/) . The program has been reviewed by Kidsmatter* and is one of their recommended programs for primary schools. Greatfulness is also endorsed by the National Education Standards Authority in regard to Teacher Training. In recent times, the Greatfulness program was awarded a Bronze Medal at the Ausmumpreneur awards in Sydney, Australia.
Jacqui has also presented at leading conferences in and around New South Wales and has run workshops for both primary and high school teachers. She has also run numerous in-house programs for teachers and adults wanting to improve their mental strength. She currently coaches’ mums on a one to one basis to help them improve their overall wellbeing and the wellbeing of the whole family.
Jacqui is passionate about mental health having experienced post-natal depression herself 6 years ago. Jacqui truly believes that meditation can transform lives, as it has done with hers.
